Responsibilities

• The VKYC/ReKYC Agent is responsible for conducting video-based customer verification in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensuring uniform customer experience.
• Provide a brief overview of the position, including its purpose and contribution to the organization.
• Conducting VKYC/ ReKYC calls as per defined scripts and compliance requirements.
• Verifying customer identity and documents during live video interactions.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Handling customer queries professionally during the verification process.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in real time.
• Ensure that KYC guidelines and Customer acceptance procedure of the bank is strictly adhered to.

Qualifications

• Certifications in the areas of Operations, MS office will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal & verbal and written communications skills.
• Good, effective and engaging skills. Calling skills preferred.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Able to organize information in a structured manner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).
• Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS office tools, Ms Excel, Power point, Word.
• Knowledge of Finacle, Call Centre Tools, CMS preferred.
