Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to achieve business targets, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within retail banking or the financial services sector.
• Strong track record of driving sales performance, operational compliance, and customer service excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management services, and financial regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
