Responsibilities
- The team has worked on transactions of all sizes and complexity, including some of Asia Pacific’s most significant M&A deals.
- Prepare client presentations and pitches.
- Perform industry and company research and analyze trends.
- Lead workstreams in project and M&A transaction execution.
- Support senior bankers in idea generation and deal origination and execution for Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors.
