Responsibilities

• As a market leader in the consumer banking business, DBS has a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards and personal loans, to help our customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every life stage.
• The FAC specialist plays a pivotal role in empowering new entrants(NE) with essential skills and knowledge, ensuring a seamless assimilation into the WPM role.
• Facilitate comprehensive orientation for NEs, ensuring a thorough understanding of the bank's systems and processes to promote operational efficiency.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of NEs, meticulously ensuring the attainment of prescribed activity levels in alignment with organisational standards.
• Collaborate with Team Heads to collectively ensure NEs achieve desired performance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning related fields, preferably with coaching / management experience.
• Strong understanding of advisory techniques, processes, and strategies.
• Analytical mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Results-driven approach with a track record of improving skills and performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing wealth planning managers.
