Responsibilities

• As a market leader in the consumer banking business, DBS has a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards and personal loans, to help our customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every life stage.
• Lead and mentor the team, overseeing daily workflow, shift planning, and performance to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage complex escalations, serving as the primary point of contact for dealing, settlement, and system incidents. corporate action, and client-related matters.
• Drive Business Continuity Planning (BCP), executing resilience drills and maintaining disaster recovery protocols.
• Review team performance and SOP, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and operational risk frameworks.
• Execute equity trades across diverse local and oversea exchanges for both bank and brokerage clients.
• Assist clients efficiently with all trading and settlement matters, including payment and collection processes.
• Manage and respond to trading hotline and email queries from internal and external clients, providing timely and accurate information.
• Handle account-related inquiries (e.g., corporate actions, equity transfers) from all client channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform thorough trade reconciliation, investigation, and resolution of dealing matters.
• Monitor and track orders and trades for bank and brokerage operations.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LV) to ensure platform stability and functionality.
• Review clients’ trading limits, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Plan and implement process enhancements to align with evolving regulatory changes and new product launches.

Requirements

• Hold CMFAS Modules 1A, 6, and 6A certifications. Alternatively, CMFAS certifications (RES 1A, CM-EIP and CM-SIP/ or CM-CMP) are acceptable.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Exhibit the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Apply excellent customer handling skills to resolve issues and build rapport.
• Possess strong capital market knowledge (an advantage).
