Experience of SLA based support

• Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade, Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment.
• Experience of working on any incident management tools.
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
• Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment.
• Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and Travel (if required) Key skills required Education: Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Finance.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in ERP implementation or support for ERP products as Finance Functional Consultant preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & supply chain management Location and way of working.
• Experience of SLA based support.
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
