Responsibilities

• Managed vendor and customer master data, processed invoices, payments, and collections within SAP FI, improving cash flow visibility and reducing processing errors.
• Executed bank reconciliation and cash management processes using SAP FI, ensuring accurate tracking of company funds.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, CO) to ensure seamless integration of financial data across SAP modules.
• Assisted in SAP FI configuration for chart of accounts, cost centers, and document posting rules to align with organizational financial policies.
• Supported internal and external audits by extracting and validating financial data from SAP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Identified and resolved discrepancies in financial transactions through root-cause analysis within the SAP FI system Any Graduate.
