Your work profile

• Partner with Business & IT teams to implement, support, and enhance OFSAA.
• Lead submission of BRDs & Design Documents across OFSAA modules.
• Perform SIT/UAT, validate outputs, and ensure regulatory accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity & consistency across OFSAA modules.
• Contribute to data models, ETL processes, and reporting layers.
• Translate regulatory requirements into system logic & Build test cases
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and sanity checks

Key skills required

• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience working with auditors & regulators (RBI exposure is a plus).
• Excellent communication & documentation skills.
• Exposure to OFSAA LRM Regulatory modules.
• Certifications in Oracle / PLSQL / OFSAA.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
• 3+ years in Risk / Finance / Regulatory Reporting teams within a Banking/ Upper Layer NBFC
• CA or Engineer + MBA (Finance) with strong exposure to Liquidity Risk or ALM
• 3+ years of experience in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management
