Responsibilities

• The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management.
• The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery while ensuring business value realization.
• Accountable for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, AWS and modern data engineering concepts.

Requirements

• Strong Asset Management experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering Data, Cloud or Analytics programme in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration and data platform architectures.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience in: Agile/Scrum delivery, Project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs Education - UG and Above.
• Strong relationship management skills are essential to effectively support business and technology stakeholders, deliver strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of service across new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.
