Responsibilities

• As a Manager in our Corporate Intelligence Services Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectation.
• The role would be to manage the project management team and execution of client engagements.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of project and manage them end-to-end.
• Executing projects with limited supervision and providing weekly updates on progress to internal stakeholders.
• Interact with internal teams/ sub-contractors on engagements to ensure their timely delivery and quality adherence to quality standards.
• Train junior team members on public domain research, report writing, and any other team requirements.
• Responsible for getting timely risk clearances applicable on engagements and ensuring that all risk considerations / instructions are adhered to by self and team members.
• Prepare proposals / pitch packs with minimal supervision.
• Leading client updates and addressing queries satisfactorily as frequently as the nature of work demands.
• Ensuring that engagement is executed and delivered in line with client expectations / defined scope.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and zero escalations on deliverables and driving this culture in the team.
• Suggesting scope revisions in line with client expectations.

Key skills required

• Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skills.
• Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management.
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex information in a unique way or in own words is a mandatory skill set.
• Ideal candidates should possess a Graduate / Post Graduate / Management degree with a specialization in Finance / Commerce / Economics.
• Candidates with post graduate degrees in other disciplines including liberal arts can also apply provided they are found suitable to the role during the interview process.
• Familiarity with databases such as Factiva, Lexis, Nexis, RoC and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge / skills (above average) in MS Excel, Word and Power Point is essential.
• Fluency in additional languages – Indian or foreign is a plus.
