Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes across business units.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial systems and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Prepare project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks/issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive standardization of finance and controlling processes.
- Support financial close, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Maintain SAP documentation, SOPs, and change management processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Experience in global rollout and support environments.
- Understanding of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC, SAC, or Group Reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA is preferred.
