Responsibilities
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and process standardization.
- Lead client workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide production support and resolve complex finance-related issues.
- Mentor junior consultants and review solution quality.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
- Lead functional workstreams during implementation projects.
- Review functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct client presentations and steering committee updates.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Support UAT, Hypercare, and Go-Live activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
- Manage offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience working in Agile and SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong expertise in SAP CO, including Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Period-End Closing.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
