Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and client expectations.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Design and review Tagetik solution architecture and configurations.
- Conduct solution workshops and executive reviews.
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Support & Continuous Improvement Drive resolution of critical production issues.
- Lead enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
- Support system upgrades, patch releases, and platform improvements.
- Ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
- Lead implementation of: Financial Consolidation & Close Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Management Reporting Regulatory Reporting Disclosure Management Ensure solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
- Allocate resources and monitor team performance.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting.
- Experience leading implementation or support engagements.
- Preferred Qualifications CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
