Responsibilities

• The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, programme teams and technology vendors, ensuring business requirements are understood, documented, challenged and translated into effective solutions.
• The individual will play a key role across process design, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation planning and business readiness activities.
• § Significant experience working as a Business Analyst within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes
• You will work closely with, Finance Leadership Group members, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation workstream leads, programme managers, technology vendors, implementation partners and subject matter experts across the finance function.
• Support current state assessments and target operating model design activities.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future processes, requirements and business outcomes.
• Maintain traceability of requirements through design, build, testing and deployment phases.
• Support vendor engagement, solution evaluation and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and automate finance processes across the organisation.
• Ensure programme objectives remain aligned with business priorities and transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of future-state finance capabilities and operating models.
• Facilitate workshops across Finance functions to understand business challenges, opportunities and requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and identify gaps against target state solutions and operating models.
• Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and decision papers.
• Support the design and implementation of finance technology solutions across FP&A, S2P and R2R and other Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Work with vendors and implementation partners to validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing activities and support defect resolution.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to programme leadership and workstream leads.
• Work timings: Monday to Friday, UK Business hours.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities across FP&A, S2P and R2R initiatives
• Support benefits realisation activities by linking requirements and process changes to measurable business benefits

Requirements

• Strong experience and knowledge across Finance function and processes.
• Experience supporting finance technology implementations, including ERP, planning, reporting and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, finance processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party technology vendors.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, including requirements specifications, process flows and business cases.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously in a complex programme environment.
