Responsibilities
- The Team Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across multiple FSCM modules and have experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Provide functional guidance on best practices and delivered PeopleSoft functionality.
- Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirement Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
