• Conduct ARCS demo/POC sessions by translating business requirements into tailored solution scenarios, contributing significantly to successful client acquisition and business wins.
• Design and implemented Transaction Matching solution for Mahindra.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops with finance stakeholders for successful implementation delivery.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand matching processes and recommend automation opportunities.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT cycles and supported issue resolution activities.
• Prepare design documents, configuration documents, process flows, and end-user manuals.

• Investigate and resolved application issues to maintain close cycle timelines.
• Perform testing and validation activities for system enhancements and changes.
• Configure Transaction Matching solution supporting automated matching of approx. 3 million transactions monthly including Match Types, Matching Rules, Formats, and Profiles based on business requirements.
