Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS environments.
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support users during planning cycles, month-end, and year-end activities.
• Configure and customize EPBCS/PBC Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes Hands-on experience with application configuration, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports and integration.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with application configuration, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports and integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
