Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP FICO with good understanding of core Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting finance business requirements and translating them into SAP FICO functional solutions.
• Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) processes.
• Ability to understand existing finance processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements and SAP-based solutions.
• Experience in working with business stakeholders to conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, solution validation, and functional discussions.
• Good experience in functional testing, UAT coordination, defect analysis, and resolution across SAP Finance processes.
• Ability to prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and other project documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with Finance business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
