Responsibilities

• Set up procurement processes: purchase requisition, purchase order, contracts, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, consignment, and external services.
• Worked extensively on RICEFW objects/ custom developments related to MM.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Handle pricing, discounts, taxes, rebates, credit management, and billing processes.
• Work on integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
• Support interfaces and integrations with third-party systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Work with ABAP developers to design and test custom solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Configure MM master data (material, vendor, purchasing info records, source lists, quotas).
• Define inventory management parameters, physical inventory, batch management, special stock, and warehouse management integration.
• Define migration strategy for legacy material master, vendor master, stock balances, and open purchase orders.
• Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, pricing procedures, and output determination.
• Configure customer and business partner master data, material master, and relevant sales-related settings.
• Configure and support delivery, shipment, transportation, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in integration of MM module with other modules (MM-FI, CO, SDM,WM, PP) Produce Business blueprint, KDS, functional specifications, configuration document, user manuals.
• Experience of working with Indian and global clients.
• Good understanding of Fiori apps for procurement.
• Good hands on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, IT, or related field. 7–10 years of SAP FICO experience. 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Minimum 1 SAP New GL Migration project.
• Achieving high-quality results through collaboration and Team unity Skilled at building diverse capability.
• Must be well abled to have well-structured and well-articulated conversations to achieve win-win possibilities Engagement Management / Delivery Excellence.
• Effectively managing engagement(s) to ensure timely and proactive execution as well as course correction for the success of engagement(s) Managing change.
• Strong FI-CO integration experience.
