Responsibilities

• Design and implement CCH Tagetik solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop financial reports, management dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support UAT, training, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Support & Enhancements Analyze incidents and resolve production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support system upgrades and new feature adoption.
• Present solution designs and implementation recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Configure data models, dimensions, workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Tagetik implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, Workday, or other ERP platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities Client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently and within global teams Stakeholder and relationship management.
• Preferred Qualifications CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in global finance transformation projects.
