Qualifications

• Finance Background recommended, MBA / PG / CA/ CFA Overall 4 years of experience with ERP and EPM solutions and a minimum of 2+ year of experience workday Technology & Transformation - ET&P: Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience o Must hold Adaptive Planning certification o Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus o 6+ years of experience with atleast 2 end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning o.
• Strong financial and/or management accounting background o Passion for providing exceptional customer service o.
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals o.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities o Well organized and detail-oriented Skills and Competencies o.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc. o Willingness to travel.
