Your work profile

• As a Senior Executive in our Transfer Pricing team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of: Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines.
• Assisting the clients in transfer pricing assessments & appeals, stay of demand proceeding, penalty proceedings including representation before the first level appellate authorities.
• Assisting in preparing submission/appeals including paper book and filing the same with various appellate authorities such as DRP and CIT-Appeals.
• Assisting in filing an application with the Advance Pricing Agreement authorities.
• Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely PROWESS and CAPITALINE.
• Preparing Transfer Pricing Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis and Benchmarking.
• Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB & Filing of APA and assisting in assessment related work before transfer pricing officer

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Experience in Transfer Pricing
