Key responsibilities

• We are looking for 2 experienced Business Analysts to assist in driving the requirements and testing (BRS), creating test scenarios and in user testing of new front-end application supporting Custody, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Fund Accounting and CSGL operations.
• Gather, analyze and document Business requirements from Custody, PCM, Fund Accounting, and CSGL operations teams through process walkthroughs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Specification documents (BRS), user stories, and assist in preparation of wireframes for the front-end application.
• Map end-to-end workflows and work with UX/UI designers to define screen flows.
• Define data requirements and work with data/backend teams to ensure the front end correctly reflects data points from backend applications.
• Prepare use cases, process flow diagrams and test case scenarios (TCS), support test execution, log and track defects and validate fixes with business users.

Required skills & experience

• Knowledge of Securities Market Operations.
• Experience of writing BRDs/FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e. g., Figma).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Experience with UAT planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Good communication skills — able to work with both business SMEs and technical developers.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams (Custody, PCM, Fund Accounting, CSGL) in parallel.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
