Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.
- Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology
- Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.
Key skills required
- Have strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem with prior experience of working with Indian banks and NBFC, esp.
- Demonstrated capability to drive projects and their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment, along with experience in driving adoption of new technologies (e. g., loan origination systems, etc.).
- Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English).
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in cross-functional teams.
- 12+ years of relevant working experience.
