Responsibilities
- DBIS (the business) which this development team is supporting specializes in securities and tax processing services in national and international markets.
- This role includes the design, implementation and administration of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and its integration with AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies to support business, functional and technical requirements.
- Key responsibilities of this role include active participation in the design of their solution components, investigating re-use, ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose and maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment with clear, robust and well tested deployments
- Development, configuration and quality assurance of solutions to automate existing business processes and associated web forms within the Blue Prism RPA Framework.
- Implementation of proof of concepts for the involved operational departments.
- Implementation in an agile environment.
- Analysis, design and development of system components along with functional and development team.
- Implement and comply with bank policies (naming conventions, encryption, security settings, capacity, availability, and other non-functional requirements).
Requirements
- A hands-on technologist with 10+ years of experience in in the development, deployment in production and maintenance of RPA processes with Blue Prism.
- Foundational knowledge of traditional and generative AI technologies, as well as their practical application and integration.
- Initial knowledge in the field of business process management, in particular process documentation, analysis and optimization.
- Well-founded and verifiable programming knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language, ideally from the Microsoft environment, would also be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Proficient communication skills (written/verbal)
- Experience in Investment Banking/Financial domain
