Job Highlights
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day validation of accounts payable invoices, Invoice Tracker management, Vendor Reconciliations, Vendor Payments and monthly AP closing activities.
- Reporting to: GSC Assistant Manager.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure payments are made on time to avoid late fees or disruptions.
- Ensure vendor queries and queries invoices are resolved on time.
- Assist with maintaining records for audits and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Generate reports on outstanding payables, payment schedules.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
