Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and ensure timely billing processes.
- Verify billing information and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues with clients.
- Maintain organized records of billing information and transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing.
- Reporting to: Team Lead - Accounts Receivable
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience 1-2 years in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Site finance, general accounting, management accounting, FP&A and internal audit roles go up to senior manager and are based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram and New Delhi. Postings ask for a B.Com, M.Com or a degree in accounting or finance, and senior roles often require a qualified CA, with CPA, ACCA, CIA or CFE also named.
