• We act as a trusted business advisor every step of the way, from a client’s first financial report to their close of business.  
• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities.
• Review and examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial services clients, such as broker dealers, private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds and funds of funds.

Hiring in India is spread across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Assurance postings cover statutory audit at financial consultant, senior consultant, deputy manager and manager levels, usually asking for CA or CPA. Fund accounting and administration roles for private equity funds, titled deputy manager and manager, ask for eight to twelve years at the top end and accept an MBA (Finance), CFA or CA. Other openings include an advisory role in real estate valuation requiring a CA, a finance supervisor role in order to cash, and an anti-money-laundering related role where CAMS is preferred.
