Responsibilities

• Strategic Global Scheduling: Manage complex Google Calendars for their executives, prioritizing requests while balancing the needs of stakeholders across multiple international timezones.
• Meeting Preparedness: Ensure leaders are fuly briefed, provided with necessary materials (decks/pre-reads), and remain on schedule for all engagements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate scheduling for high-level meetings involving internal and external stakeholders across the Finance and Accounting landscape.
