Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts by performing detailed reconciliations.
- Perform Activities within timelines and make sure deliverables meet the predefined KPIs.
- Preparation and posting of Journal entries.
- Perform reconciliation of Balance Sheets accounts, Cash, Tax, Sub-Ledger etc.
- Perform expense Allocations, Re-class entries, Book Adjustments and Accrual entries.
- Perform regular and ad hoc reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other key accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between general ledger balances and subsidiary ledgers or external statements.
- Ensure that all reconciling items are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (or other large ERP system) is required & with a financial reporting system e.
- Strong experience working with Excel/Spreadsheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Knowledge on Lease and Project Management accounting and reconciliation.
- Should have experience in managing a small team.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in commerce or finance and qualified professional accountant (Graduate (Finance) , Post-Graduate (Finance) , BBA, MBA, CA Qualified, CMA Qualified, CS Qualified) 3 - 5 years.
