EXL | Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• This position supports the Credit and Collections manager to raise invoices/Credit Notes, allocate payments and make necessary adjustments and write off’s - ensuring that SLAs and KPI performance are delivered to the wider Whitbread businesses.
• This role will deliver for PI&R timely production of all invoices/credit notes.
• Accountable for monitoring and managing the AR queries mailbox, allocating receipts for group bookings, creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers, updating customer files.
• Ensuring that the credit policy is updated and reviewed.
• Ensure all invoices and credit notes are produced in a timely fashion in line with SLA’s.
• Ensure all billing and collections are managed effectively and customer notes updated on the collections dash-board.
• Update customer collections strategy – send monthly dunning information and keep accurate records of disputed invoices at site level.
• Create receipts from the bank statement and invoice daily.
• Ensure receipts are posted to the correct customer accounts.
• Ensure the AR mailbox is managed and that all email queries are responded within SLA.
• Ensure all adjustments/write offs are processed in fusion in a timely accurate manner.
• Chasing payment and updating the collections dashboard with customer notes and disputes and reconciling customer statements.
• Logging refunds and preparing the customer files for approval.
• Allocate payments to the correct invoices
