Responsibilities

• The role involves identifying discrepancies, resolving unreconciled items, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting cash flow optimization through timely and accurate reporting.
• Working Capital Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for performing reconciliations related to Accounts Receivable, Cash, and.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of working capital accounts.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), cash, bank accounts, and intercompany balances.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances and aged outstanding items.
• Validate cash receipts, payments, and bank transactions against ERP records.
• Analyze working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle.
• Coordinate with business units, treasury, accounting, and operational teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, ageing analysis, and management dashboards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Assist in audit requests by providing reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Finance reconciliation, O2C, R2R, Treasury, or.
• Working capital management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP etc).
