EXL | Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities of this role include – 1. 4+ years of prior experience in Accounts payables 2.
• Responsible for preparation of performance dashboard and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
• Analyse and research all discrepancies/ open items and resolve any queries relating to reconciliations/ balancing, provide back-up for all discrepancies.
• Ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented.
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues.
• Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met.
• Responsible for managing Onshore stake holder.

Requirements

• Good Excel and VBA skills. Hands on experience on MS office applications.
• Good knowledge of Power BI tools and Dashboard Reporting.
• Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments.
• Good knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
• Good Knowledge in MIS 4.
