Responsibilities
- Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and developing, implementing, and monitoring corrective action plans to address identified gaps and mitigate future risks.
- Preparing and delivering regular compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates to keep senior leadership informed of compliance activities, key risks, emerging issues, and the progress of remediation efforts.
- Conducting compliance awareness, education, and training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance and ensure employees understand their responsibilities regarding regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Partnering with stakeholders across business functions to enhance governance frameworks, strengthen risk management practices, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience as a Compliance Officer mainly in Banking industry (Compliance and financial services regulation).
