EXL | Assistant Manager - RTR Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions are processed in line with internal policies and timelines.
• Maintain supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Reconciliation Perform monthly intercompany AP/AR reconciliations.
• Resolve variances by coordinating with counterpart finance teams.
• Track and follow up on pending confirmations from other entities.
• Prepare basic schedules and reports for month-end review.
• Liaise with treasury or payment teams for payment processing and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Process Documentation & Compliance Maintain updated SOPs and process maps for AP/AR intercompany operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Problem identification and analytical ability.
• Ability to work with cross-cultural Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement.
• Intercompany accounting knowledge Hands-On experience with SAP / S4HANA Good written and Oral communication skills.
• Ability to initiate continuous process improvements.
• Strong accounting knowledge with R2R experience Insurance industry experience/knowledge preferred.
