Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and review, daily payment processing, Coding and Approvals, query handling, vendor addition and changes, monthly reporting of accruals and forecasting.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Vendors / Suppliers in an AP cycle.
• Strong accounting knowledge with P2P experience (Applicable for A2) Processing Invoice / T&E claims Work on exceptions and will provide resolution Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT Knowledge of Workday is desired.
• Good written and Oral communication skills.
• Strong communication skills - written and speech.
