Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Commercial Lines rating structures, rate tables, pricing algorithms, and renewal pricing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of actuarial pricing concepts including rate indications, loss cost modeling, retention analysis, and profitability management.
- Experience with HX Renew or comparable insurance pricing and rating platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language/tool such as Python, SAS, R, SQL, or VBA Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent time and work management skills with a strong focus on quality and delivery Self-driven individual with the ability to take ownership of complex actuarial and pricing initiatives.
