Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to develop revenue, expense, headcount and investment forecasts.
- Consolidate financial plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse Actual vs Budget vs Forecast performance and explain key variances.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and update financial outlook based on latest business trends and assumptions.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess potential financial outcomes.
- Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders and functional leaders.
- Partner with cost owners to understand spending patterns, risks and opportunities.
- Support business cases and investment decisions through financial modelling and analysis.
- Translate financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
