EXL | Manager- Reinsurance Accounting

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities include ownership of handlings reinsurance cession statements for captive clients.
• This position will also assist with ad hoc departmental projects knowledge of reinsurance FP&A process and understanding of accounting policies & compliance and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of reinsurance FP&A process and understanding of accounting policies & compliance and reconciliation.
• Candidate should have 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Masters in accounting/finance/Qualified/Semi Qualified Accountant 10 years' experience in insurance/reinsurance processes.
• Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. is preferred.
