EXL | Senior Executive - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Process PO & non-PO invoices.
• Audit T&E expense reports against company policy.
• Respond to AP mailbox queries within SLA.
• Track aged items, perform follow-ups with business, internal stakeholders & suppliers as needed to complete the deliverables as per the established procedures of accounts payable function.
• Analyze and research all discrepancies/exceptions.

Requirements

• Good accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge and experience of AP concepts.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge and experience of ERP systems.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Graduate in Commerce Work Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years in AP
