Key responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to operational excellence.
• Coordinate background verification and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records in HRMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements, and process controls.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS trackers.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries within agreed SLAs.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, HRBP, IT, and other support teams.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in onboarding, background verification, HR compliance, and reporting.
• Exposure to shared services or high-volume HR operations environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
