- Understanding of Insurance Finance and Accounting.
- Understanding of O2C Cycle/AR, working knowledge of Cash Application and Cash Suspense Timely updates of process changes in SOP’s.
- Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develop recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting / B.Com or M.Com Preferred relevant experience with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Recievable Must have done reporting, quality audits & trainings.
