- Invoice Processing & Exception Management Identification of discrepancies through system reports.
- Research & Analysis and reporting of various kind of invoice discrepancies & exception Regular contact with Buying Group/ Vendors to resolve discrepancies through e-mails/phone.
- Resolve queries of Invoice Processing team.
- Provide requested information to Supervisor for all internal & external audits.
- Provide quality customer service via processingTechnical Skills.
Requirements
- Good computer Navigation skills- Ability to use the Desktop Computer system- Basic IT knowledge & familiarity of Operating Systems (Windows 95/98/2000/NT) ;- Basic.
- Knowledge of using Internet, Web Browser, Search Engine etc.
- Keyboarding Skills ;Analytical SkillsProcess.
