Responsibilities

• Essential Functions: Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Payments & reporting activities of the Accounts Payable Processing NON PO/PO Invoices.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions Eligibility Criteria and Competencies: Minimum 2-3 years of AP experience Understands the need for confidentiality.
• Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word Doc, Outlook Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.
