Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Make collection calls and obtain payment commitments/details.
• Resolve disputes and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
• Meet collection, quality, and productivity targets.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Use Excel and other systems for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams for account resolution.
• Handle customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Contact customers for payment status and details.
• Resolve payment-related queries and disputes.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
