- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform large datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Lead data analysis initiatives to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Drive problem-solving through data-driven approaches and recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Design and manage ETL processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Work with data engineering teams to improve data models, database structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across the team.
- Support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and performance measurement.
