Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance operational processes including premium flows, bordereaux processing, expense allocations, and reporting hierarchies.
• Support finance and accounting functions through process reviews and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze reporting outcomes and convert findings into enhancement requirements for existing reporting models and processes.
• Support ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting transformation initiatives.
• Partner with data and technology teams to enhance reporting models and automate manual processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Validate business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
