Responsibilities

• Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliation between source systems, financial models, and reporting outputs to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to align data reporting with business needs and ensure that reporting tools meet the evolving demands of stakeholders.
• Automation & Optimization: Experience in automating reporting processes and optimizing data workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proficiency: Proficiency in Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications Graduate or higher degree in Finance.
• Candidate with technical degree like BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH Certifications: Certification in Power BI or other data analytics platforms.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience: Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Change Management: Experience with change management initiatives and supporting strategic shifts in reporting or data analysis practices.
