Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS with the ability to apply accounting standards to complex client scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in managing large-scale engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory environments.
• Proven capability in IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for diverse and high-impact engagements.
• Ability to analyze technical accounting issues and support accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes.
