Requirements

• Strong expertise in core direct tax provisions under Indian income tax law, with practical application in advisory engagements.
• Demonstrated experience in tax structuring and transaction support across deals, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, slump sale, liquidation, etc.
• Proficient in conducting tax due diligence and assessing tax implications for complex corporate transactions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret direct tax issues to support compliant, commercially aligned advisory solutions.
• Experience in handling transaction-oriented tax matters within a consulting environment, with focus on accurate technical execution.
